    This lot consists of a genuine shipwreck artifact from the 1809 shipwreck of
    Admiral Gardner
    off the coast of England, carrying a treasure of coins to be used by the British East India Company for the spice trade.
    The coin was purchased years ago from the family of one of the divers, who was partially paid with salvaged articles.
    10 Cash coins measure about the size of a U.S. quarter dollar.
    -the 10 cash coin was placed in a display case, still retains a bit of sea sediment
    -a Certificate of authenticity card from the salvor
    -plastic stand for the display
    A picture in my listing shows an actual diver at the Admiral Gardner site, also a picture of Admiral Gardner that the ship was named after. (Not included.)
